Malcolm supplied the following details in June 2018:

One tower missing from your inventory for Gippsland Victoria was that in the yard of the Orbost office/depot of the Forests Commission. It had two platforms. Canvas fire hoses were suspended from the lower platform to dry them after cleaning. I presume it was demolished when/before the government sold the depot. Attached is a photo from 1958. (see thumbnail below). Unfortunately the top is cut off, the Brownie Box did not pick it all up. The tower was not permanently manned from memory but someone from the office or workshop would go up if smoke was reported in the vicinity of the town.
