2009, supplied by Richard Webb. The cabin in the photos is a Parks Portable and was installed in 2003

The above photos were supplied by Laurie Morrison in March 2020 and shows the devastion that was left after the 2020 fires went through the area. Laurie also reported:"The dunny (out-door toilet for any non-Australians) at Mt Waldron was the only thing that was destroyed."

In Dec 2023, Peter McHugh posted the above photos on the (closed group) Victoria's Forests & Bushfire Heritage FaceBook page. Peter wasn't sure what tower it was and asked for comments. The overall consensus was, that this is the Mt. Waldron tower being constructed. We have records with different years of construction: late 1970s, very early 1980s.
