Bristol Hill Lookout is a memorial tower to the gold miners that pioneered the area.
The Lookout is sometimes used as a Fire Tower on a Total Fire Ban day or an Extreme Fire Danger day. It overlooks the town of Maryborough.
The historic Bristol Hill Lookout was closed in 2021 due to vandalism and concern for visitors’ safety. It was officially re-opened in late 2023 after comprehensive renovations.
